Guide to Our Charges
Our charges are increasing from 1st July 2011 so if you are submitting an application after this date then please refer to the relevant charges leaflet dated 1st July 2011.
If you are submitting an application before 1st July 2011 please use the ‘October 2010’ charges leaflets. There are 3 leaflets which each refer to the different types of work that Building Control manage - Non Domestic Work; New Dwellings and Domestic Extensions and Alterations.
