Fees and Forms
To apply for Building Regulations Approval, please complete the relevant application form and send to Sussex Building Control with the fee. There is no difference in price between a Full Plans application and a Building Notice application. However, with a Full Plans Application you pay in two stages – when you send the plans (this is known as the plan charge) and when work starts on site (known as the inspection charge).
