We are required by legislation to administer and enforce the Building Act and Building Regulations but our ethos is such that we facilitate ease of compliance and are enablers rather than enforcers of the legislation.

Forms and Fees
To apply for Building Regulations Approval, you will need to complete a relevant application form and send to Sussex Building Control with a fee. There are no difference in price between a Full Plans application and a Building Notice application.more...
