Submit a plan

Submit-a-plan allows you to submit your complete building control application electronically and track its progress. It is free to use and has a number of benefits:

Applications are made via a free to use website which can be accessed by visiting Submit-a-plan.

Complete the simple registration process and the pro-forma application form and follow the on screen instructions.
Currently payment needs to be made by sending a cheque to Horsham District Council, with your submit-a-plan reference number, or call 01403 215151 between 8.45am and 5.30pm to pay by debit/credit card over the phone.
